For that, you have to use the !ShowMeterGroup/!HideMeterGroup bangs, instead of !ShowGroup/!HideGroup. The last pair will show/hide a group of active skins, while the !ShowMeterGroup/!HideMeterGroup will show/hide a group of meters. On your posted code, One is a group of meters (it contains the [Boo] meter). Now you'll have a date formated as a decimal number (eg for today I have right now 10.11). Without it, the condition will be checked when the date is changing, with it, on every update cycle. It's useless.<br />2.
